Seriously, though, we truly hope that everyone suffering from any type of illness will make a full and speedy recovery!

The COVID-19 quarantine is supposed to be 14 days, but we have 15 tally marks because the first day might only be a partial day (and of course, the page doesn't look complete without that last horizontal tally mark).

With the Excel version, you can enter a Start Date at the top to update all of the other dates prior to printing. In the blank PDF version, you can write in the dates by hand.

This version is for people stuck at home or locked up with no clear end in site, just taking it one day at a time. Print a new sheet for every 30 days. You can print as many as you want! Hopefully you don't NEED to, though. Now you can track time the old fashioned way - with tally marks! This can be some fun for the whole family! Every day, you can get together, gathering near your favorite wall and take turns coloring in that next popsicle stick tally mark.

When you're stuck in quarantine, you might as well be doing something. Try to list at least 4 things to do each day, even if that is just reading a book, calling a friend, or practicing an instrument.
