Jim Wittwer
Jim has worked with Vertex42 as a freelance graphic designer off and on since the founding. Since 2010 he has worked nearly full time with his brother Jon on web design, template design, and instructional YouTube videos. They’ve also worked together on other separate projects such as boardgaming.com and their kickstarters for Mythic Kingdoms playing cards.
My Favorite Spreadsheets
I had a lot of creative freedom with this template, and loved how the easy drag-and-drop rows feature of Google Sheets made this so fun and easy to use.
As a designer, I enjoy the creativity of bullet journaling. However, the hand-drawn approach can be time-consuming, so I created a variety of pre-designed planner pages for people who just want to focus on the bullet journaling system.
It was exciting transforming our popular Personal Planner into a digital format compatible with tablet apps like Goodnotes and Notability. It’s a convenient, eco-friendly way to stay organized.
Designing in Microsoft Word can be challenging. My goal was to create a wide variety of flyers that already look great, so all users have to do is fill in their own information and print them out.
Microsoft Word has many themes, font styles, and paragraph styles, but it can be tricky to use them. These newsletters use those features while also teaching users how they work.
